InTouch has maintained a long relationship with Toyota GB, working on bespoke projects to support LCVs and small business opportunities. It all began with the launch of new Corolla, which involved a highly engaging direct mail campaign which resulted in a response rate in excess of 25%, and all done a few weeks before Christmas.
Other projects have involved an affinity communication with Build Center to promote Toyota LCVs to ‘white van man’ builders, using direct mail and data capture sites, developing the Toyota Business Centre concept and redesigning the Toyota Rental Programme communications and microsite.
