Our work for Mercedes-Benz now extends across many areas supporting both the sales and marketing functions within Corporate Sales. Our role includes strategic planning through to research, data handling to creative treatments.

We have managed a national sales incentive scheme, named Drive Up, since 2005, which helps to deliver focus to the sales process as well as provide a real sense of unity for the corporate retail teams throughout the UK. It has become a vital internal communication tool, through weekly emails, quarterly news updates, forums and customer-focused activity.

InTouch also designs and publishes a quarterly Corporate Sales newsletter, distributed through Fleet News, which is targeted at the lease and fleet market.

We have recently supported Mercedes-Benz to launch special affinity packages with five Professional Service bodies, the Law Society, ISMM, RIBA, RICS and the Bar Council.

2009 saw us help launch Mercedes-Benz Business, a direct contract hire vehicle targeted at the UKs elusive yet highly lucrative sub 25 fleets. With over 4 million emails the impact of the programme has already proved significant and we look to build on its success significantly in the coming months.
