I set up InTouch in 1997. From the outset I had a vision to ensure we delivered objective, comprehensive marketing advice to clients. Taking stock of where they want to be and what they’ve got in their armoury before asking how communication can help them achieve their goals.
For me, it was always about much more than just doing ads or building a website. It’s about considering the most efficient and effective way of delivering a message, ensuring that a client’s brand stands out from the crowd and really differentiates it in crowded market places. Being the same as everyone else is hardly going to break any records.
What inspires me?

I love a challenge, such as complex markets or competitors who are making life difficult, and it’s really rewarding in these situations to develop a winning strategy and implement it.
